Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) for People with Autism

Salary Range: negotiable

Your areas of responsibility:

  • Accompany and support people with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Prepare documentation, assistance plans, and reports.
  • Interdisciplinary cooperation.

Our requirements:

  • Completed studies in social pedagogy, pedagogy, curative education, or comparable degrees.
  • Ability to formulate facts concisely and clearly and to structure one’s own work independently.
  • Professional and respectful work style, as well as a willingness to learn individualized pedagogical work to meet the special needs of clients.
  • Willingness to work shifts, night shifts, and weekends.
  • Patience, perseverance, teamwork skills, and a joy of new challenges.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (mainly in the afternoons/evenings).
  • Very good written and spoken German skills.
  • IT skills.
  • Driving license class B/III desirable.

  • Annual special payment: 80% of the average monthly gross salary.
