Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) for People with Autism

Your areas of responsibility:
- Accompany and support people with autism spectrum disorder.
- Prepare documentation, assistance plans, and reports.
- Interdisciplinary cooperation.
Our requirements:
- Completed studies in social pedagogy, pedagogy, curative education, or comparable degrees.
- Ability to formulate facts concisely and clearly and to structure one’s own work independently.
- Professional and respectful work style, as well as a willingness to learn individualized pedagogical work to meet the special needs of clients.
- Willingness to work shifts, night shifts, and weekends.
- Patience, perseverance, teamwork skills, and a joy of new challenges.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (mainly in the afternoons/evenings).
- Very good written and spoken German skills.
- IT skills.
- Driving license class B/III desirable.

- Annual special payment: 80% of the average monthly gross salary.
