Service Employee (m/f/d)

Salary Range: negotiable

Responsibilities:

  • Serve food and drinks.
  • Provide professional, warm, and committed care and advice to residents and restaurant guests.
  • Manage service processes in a separate station.
  • Prepare and follow up on events and support guests at buffets and multi-course menus.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented and appreciative manner.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, an apprenticeship as a hotel/restaurant specialist (m/f/d) and experience in upscale service (not a must).
  • Open and authentic host personality who approaches residents and guests with joy and friendliness.
  • A high degree of service and quality thinking, and a great deal of understanding for the special needs and wishes of residents and guests.
  • Empathy and enjoyment of social interaction, both with residents and the team.
  • Good communication skills in German.
