Service Employee (m/f/d)
Salary Range: negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Serve food and drinks.
- Provide professional, warm, and committed care and advice to residents and restaurant guests.
- Manage service processes in a separate station.
- Prepare and follow up on events and support guests at buffets and multi-course menus.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented and appreciative manner.
Qualifications:
- Ideally, an apprenticeship as a hotel/restaurant specialist (m/f/d) and experience in upscale service (not a must).
- Open and authentic host personality who approaches residents and guests with joy and friendliness.
- A high degree of service and quality thinking, and a great deal of understanding for the special needs and wishes of residents and guests.
- Empathy and enjoyment of social interaction, both with residents and the team.
- Good communication skills in German.
