Your areas of responsibility:

  • Ensure the well-being and satisfaction of residents through regular visits and discussions.
  • Support integration into the house community.
  • Provide advice and assistance with personal matters and offer psychosocial support in crises.
  • Maintain contact with relatives, authorized representatives, or caregivers.
  • Handle documentation and file maintenance.
  • Organize and coordinate services.
  • Motivate interested residents to participate in cultural and social activities.

Our requirements:

  • Completed training in the professional field of social affairs, education, or healthcare and/or several years of experience in the higher service sector.
  • Appreciation of the individuality and self-determination of demanding older people.
  • Service-oriented handling of wishes.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Solution-oriented and independent work style.
  • Reliability and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
