Your areas of responsibility:
- Ensure the well-being and satisfaction of residents through regular visits and discussions.
- Support integration into the house community.
- Provide advice and assistance with personal matters and offer psychosocial support in crises.
- Maintain contact with relatives, authorized representatives, or caregivers.
- Handle documentation and file maintenance.
- Organize and coordinate services.
- Motivate interested residents to participate in cultural and social activities.
Our requirements:
- Completed training in the professional field of social affairs, education, or healthcare and/or several years of experience in the higher service sector.
- Appreciation of the individuality and self-determination of demanding older people.
- Service-oriented handling of wishes.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Solution-oriented and independent work style.
- Reliability and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
