Educator, Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) - Obesity Residential Groups

Your areas of responsibility:
- Accompany children, adolescents, and young adults aged 10-22 years in our three obesity residential groups.
- Support residents in their daily lives with all their needs.
- Collaborate in a multi-professional team with the departments of education, nutrition, sports, and psychology.
- Creatively organize daily life, educational work, and therapeutic support for residents.
- Show a desire and interest in developing the facility conceptually.
Our requirements:
- Training as a social pedagogue (m/f/d), remedial pedagogue (m/f/d), curative education nurse (m/f/d), or educator (m/f/d).
- Expertise and practical experience in the field of pedagogy.
- Commitment, responsibility, and cooperation.
- Flexibility, resilience, and independent work style.
We offer you:
- Attractive remuneration according to the employment contract guidelines of the Diakonie Bayern (AVR-Bayern).
- Annual special payment: 80% of the average monthly gross salary.
