Controller (m/f/d) for Geriatric Care

Salary Range: negotiable

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze, and develop key figures for geriatric care services.
  • Automate reporting and analysis processes where possible.
  • Conduct regular discussions with facilities to provide analysis and advice.
  • Develop recommendations for action and create decision templates and presentations for management.
  • Calculate and interpret figures for wage negotiation purposes.
  • Negotiate with cost bearers for outpatient and inpatient care services.
  • Support arbitration proceedings with expertise.
  • Contribute to the development of controlling instruments, planning, and budgeting processes.
  • Assist in establishing and developing service offerings for institutions.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration, health economics, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in social/healthcare or service sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate findings effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of salary negotiations and relevant legal regulations.
  • Structured, analytical mindset with entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Independent and self-organized work style, with a team-oriented approach.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and a BI system preferred.
