Controller (m/f/d) for Geriatric Care
Salary Range: negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and develop key figures for geriatric care services.
- Automate reporting and analysis processes where possible.
- Conduct regular discussions with facilities to provide analysis and advice.
- Develop recommendations for action and create decision templates and presentations for management.
- Calculate and interpret figures for wage negotiation purposes.
- Negotiate with cost bearers for outpatient and inpatient care services.
- Support arbitration proceedings with expertise.
- Contribute to the development of controlling instruments, planning, and budgeting processes.
- Assist in establishing and developing service offerings for institutions.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration, health economics, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in social/healthcare or service sector.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate findings effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of salary negotiations and relevant legal regulations.
- Structured, analytical mindset with entrepreneurial thinking.
- Independent and self-organized work style, with a team-oriented approach.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and a BI system preferred.
