Employee (m/f/d) for Digitization of Business Processes

Salary Range: negotiable

Responsibilities:

  • Play a central role in the digitization of business processes and the optimization of workflows.
  • Collaborate with specialist departments to understand their digitization requirements and develop suitable solutions.
  • Support the introduction of new software solutions to increase process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct business process analyses to identify improvement potential and develop optimization measures.
  • Support the optimization of existing systems by taking on organizational and project-related subtasks.
  • After training, advise on software application and become a contact person for various departments.
  • Travel to facilities throughout Germany to support the introduction of software systems and provide training and support to users on-site.

Qualifications:

  • University degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in social health management, digitalization, or another relevant field.
  • Proficiency in common MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ideally, some professional experience in project management.
  • A keen interest in new technologies and a willingness to undergo continuous training.
  • A team player, service-oriented, and customer-oriented approach.
  • A strong emphasis on quality, service, and responsibility.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on business.
  • A positive, friendly, and confident demeanor, and the ability to work in a result-oriented and reliable manner.
