Responsibilities:
- Ensure continuous occupancy of the Augustinum Senior Residence Kleinmachnow.
- Implement our sales process effectively through a focused and goal-oriented approach.
- Develop strategies to attract interested parties within the team.
- Maintain, expand, and prioritize our database.
- Provide expert advice to discerning senior citizens and their relatives regarding the services offered by Augustinum, guiding them through the decision-making process and securing them as future residents.
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training, preferably in the hotel industry or administration. Career changers are also welcome.
- Proven sales experience and a successful track record in building long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills, a quick learner, and a structured, results-oriented approach.
- High degree of loyalty, reliability, and discretion.
- Strong communication skills and excellent German language proficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enjoy working with demanding seniors and have a compassionate demeanor.
